Cathy Tuttle lives in Utrecht. The subject of her lively original watercolors are the people she meets daily in Utrecht, on their bikes, living full, connected, joyful lives at every age. She sells postcards, greeting cards, and original and commissioned artwork.

Cathy worked for decades as a city planner, community organizer, academic, and anthropologist and always used art in her professional work. In Utrecht, Cathy volunteers to teach adult immigrant women how to bike with De Fietsmeesters, and repairs children’s bikes for BikeFlip, a bike leasing service. She also helps the International Cargo Bike Festival as needed and will be selling her paintings at ICBF 2026.
