Shipping and Returns

Carrier Magazine is produced in the Netherlands, and printed in Lithuania. Orders from cargobikefestival.com/shop are shipped from Velocity Fietskoeriers in Nijmegen, the Netherlands with the most appropriate local, national or international delivery service.

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive, especially if it is travelling a long distance.

We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your copy of Carrier! But since this is the real world, things sometimes go wrong. If that happens, we’ll be there to do what we can to sort it out.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they’ve been shipped, unless they are defective or have been damaged in transit. If this has happened to your order, please email us using the same email address you ordered with. You will need to send us photographic proof of the damaged item, as well as your order number.

In the case of missed or missing deliveries, we will reship any order that has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe accounting for possible delay. Bear in mind that some orders will face customs delays. Since these are out of our hands, we prefer to only ship replacements after 6 weeks have elapsed from the date your order was shipped.

If you place an order which is then delivered with insufficient shipping information, you will need to cover the cost of any reshipment.
