The 2026 edition will return to Jaarbeurs Utrecht on 12-13 October, and as ever, we’re shaking things up a bit.

We’ve listened to exhibitor feedback and are focusing on creating a future-oriented, innovation-focussed event aimed at professionals. An event that will help put your organisation into the spotlight. To find out how, read on…

Your pitch will be recorded by Broadcast Bike and published on the ICBF YouTube channel.

• Presentations will take place on both days at the ICBF.
• Ramps will be installed to allow cargo bikes on and off the stage.
• Need longer? Get extra minutes for €200 per minute (max 4 mins).

That’s why the event takes place on two mid-week days – Monday and Tuesday. We’re always making improvements to the ICBF, based on exhibitor feedback. With features such as product pitch we’re developing the event along with this new professional focus, so that experts and specialists from across the world can share ideas.
