The 2025 edition will return to Jaarbeurs Utrecht on 13-14 October 2025, and as ever, we’re shaking things up a bit.

NEW – PRODUCT PITCH

New for 2025, every exhibitor gets the opportunity to present their cargo bike, product or service on stage at the International Cargo Bike Festival.

It’s an extra way to showcase your organisation in a 2 minute pitch to the ICBF audience – as part of the package.

Your pitch will be recorded by Broadcast Bike and published on the ICBF YouTube channel.

  • Presentations will take place on both days at the ICBF.
  • Ramps will be installed to allow cargo bikes on and off the stage.
  • Need longer? Get extra minutes for €200 per minute (max 4 mins).

UTRECHT: CYCLING CITY

We’re returning to a city that’s widely recognised as one of the most bicycle-friendly cities in the world; Utrecht.

With world-class cycling infrastructure, it’s little wonder that the city is teeming with cargo bike initiatives. For Utrecht’s residents and businesses, using cargo bikes just makes sense.

ICBF venue Jaarbeurs, the city’s premier event venue, is located right next to Utrecht Centraal – the busiest and most accessible railway station and transport hub in the Netherlands – under which you’ll find the largest multi-storey bicycle parking facility in the world.

NEW FOCUS

We’re always making improvements to the ICBF, based on exhibitor feedback. Here’s what we’re up to in 2025.

First, with our new, primary focus on professional visitors, we’ve moved the event to two mid-week days – Monday and Tuesday.

Second, just like in 2024, visitor entrance will be free, removing a barrier to entry.

And third, we’re a standalone event, but are supported by Dutch Cycling Week, an organisation with several cycling events under its umbrella.

Their Cycle Mobility Summit will have its plenary session on the ICBF stage, bringing in 150 high quality professionals, city managers, HR managers and fleet managers.

STAND CONSTRUCTION

Simplify your stand setup with our stand construction options. Rent the frame, keep the backdrop.

Choose from black or full-colour printed backdrops, and add optional spotlights. Everything is pre-built by us – so you can just turn up.

OPTIONS

  • Choose a black or full-colour printed backdrop. The fabric is yours to keep and reuse after the show.
  • Backdrops are 2.5m high.
  • Choice of 3, 4, 6 or 8m widths. Need more? Multiples also possible.
  • Black frames and side-panels.
