Don’t miss out: join these exhibitors – and more – at ICBF 2023!

New for 2023...
In 2023 the ICBF will co-locate with Fully Charged LIVE Europe – the continent’s no.1 clean energy & electric mobility show, which debuted in Amsterdam in November 2022.
It’s one of six Fully Charged LIVE shows worldwide. The shows will run alongside each other, giving visitors access to both on a single ticket. The perfect chance to showcase your organisation outside the cargo bike bubble to a wider, savvy audience which is open to new, innovative ideas.

Venue
RAI Amsterdam is one of the largest convention centres in the Netherlands. Despite its excellent transport connections (it even has its own railway station) it is only a stone’s throw from Amsterdam’s historic city centre.
And while there is also ample parking at the venue (RAI Amsterdam is right next to the ring-road and – crucially – there are excellent facilities for loading and unloading), we’d recommend you get around by (cargo) bike during your stay.
Registration is easy...
- Simply contact us with your requirements telling us how much space you need and which optional extras you require.

As well as a special ICBF mini-stage in this area, the Fully Charged LIVE ‘Mega’ and ‘Giga’ stages are visible in yellow, at which we’ll be holding cargo bike sessions on each of the three days.
Many exhibitors have special requests regarding the floorplan and their place on it. We do our very best to fulfill all of these wishes – just get in touch! The sooner you register, the more likely it is that we can make it happen.

ICBF Magazine
The 2023 edition will be released to coincide with the International Cargo Bike Festival itself in Amsterdam (24-26 November).
Available for free online and in print at the International Cargo Bike Festival, The ICBF Magazine offers a unique medium for your organisation to gain exposure to a wide and engaged audience of B2C and B2B readers – and in doing so meet your objectives.
But that’s not all; by advertising, you also support the magazine as a truly international platform for sharing knowledge, stories and perspectives from around the globe: wherever cargo bikes are used.
